Return period for goods
The customer can return the product within 30 business days from the date it was received. After 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods, it is not possible to make a refund.
Non-refundable items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfotunately, items purchased at a discount are also non-refundable.
Preliminary actions before a refund

– the customer explains the reason for the return of the goods (first of all, this is important for our internal statistics);

– after the goods are received by the seller, the goods are inspected and a decision is made on the return of funds.
Possibility of receiving a refund
Within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the goods, the goods can be returned without giving a reason. In this case, the customer will be reimbursed for the full price of the goods.
After 5 business days, but not later than 30 business days, the item may be returned upon giving us a specific reason for the return. In cases where the reason is valid, the customer will be refunded one hundred percent of the value of the goods. Among the valid reasons may be: inadequate quality of the goods, incompleteness of the goods, delivery of the product after the expected period, discrepancy between the received goods and the goods described on the website etc.
Each situation is considered separately. If the reason why the customer wants to return the goods and receive money is considered disrespectful, no refund will be made.
Additional conditions for refund:
– the customer did not damage the goods;
– the customer did not use the product;
– the original packaging of the goods has been preserved.
Refunds are not made if:
– the customer has damaged the goods;
– the product has been used by the customer and is no longer needed;
– the original packaging of the goods has not been preserved;
– the customer does not have enough skills to use the product;
– the product is different from the one ordered by the customer.
In case a customer wishes to return an item because it is different from the item the customer ordered, we examine the product description page. If all specifications on the product description page match the actual product specifications, no refunds can be issued. The product cannot be considered different from the description in cases when the customer presented it larger in size, made from other material, more beautiful, and so on. Also, when recognizing the reasons as valid, we take into account the quality of the photo, the angles from which they were taken, etc.
Refund fees
Payment for return shipping from the customer to the seller is the responsibility of the customer. This payment is not refundable to the customer.
Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Responsibility for shipping goods from customer to seller
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to return the product back to the seller. The seller is not responsible for situations where the goods returned by the customer do not reach the seller.
Refund review procedure and terms
The issue of a refund is considered by us within 10 business days from the date we receive the item returned by the customer. Next, we contact the customer via e-mail or mobile communication and inform upon the decision made.
The terms for refunding do not exceed 2 banking days from the date of making a positive decision on the refund. In some cases, the transfer of funds may exceed the specified time frame, depending on the payment system / issuing bank. If the customer has not received a refund within the specified period, first of all, he must contact the servicing bank.
